CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Prior to 9/5/08: Full Refund

  • Between 9/6/08 & 9/30/08: $45.00 Cancellation Fee

  • AFTER 10/1/08: NO REFUND

  • Credit Card Surcharge of 5% for all

  • Cancellations paid with credit card

CPE CREDITS
Fee includes CPE. Certificates will be issued at the end of the second day. Please be sure to supply the name of each person registered with your payment.
