Early
Registration Policy
-
Preferred sites are limited to the
sites offered in 2008.

You may change your preferred site
to any offered site by October 1, 2009.

If no seminar is offered at the
preferred site in 2009, the early registration will be refunded if
you do not attend a seminar in 2009.
-
If you are unable to attend a site
in 2009, the early registration deposit may be transferred to
someone else or used in 2010.
-
Any early registration not used by
2010 is forfeited.
-
Discounted balance of $235, if
paid within the discount period of September 15, 2009; otherwise,
full balance of $285 is due.
